All of us here at Glass Bottle Outlet want to make sure our website is user-friendly, up to date, fully functional, and provides a pleasant shopping experience for our customers. We recently ran a campaign to see why potential purchases were not being completed and, specifically, what negative issues our customers were experiencing that led to abandoned shopping carts. We discovered that the main issues were website navigation, shipping prices, and various problems with the checkout experience. After examining the issues, considering customer input, and carefully choosing a new platform, we are excited to announce that all of these issues have been addressed on our new platform.

As we all know, any move can be frustrating and time-consuming.
